How can I sign in?

On the top of the website there are two buttons. “Sign in”  and “Create new account”.

When you click on “Sign in” you will see the following fields where you can sign in or create an account if necessary.


Order & Delivery

How do I place an order?

Ordering personalised items is only possible on our personalisation page:

On this page you can select the item you would like to personalise. Follow the steps by selecting your preferred options, choose a quantity and a delivery option. Click on “personalise”, select your template and personalise your item by adding images, texts, pdfs and blocks.



In what format should my artwork/photo be provided?

We accept JPEG, PNG and PDF files. Please remember the better quality of your artwork (higher resolution) the better quality the print will be.

When you finished your personalisation, you can click on “Ready to print?”.



Click on “Add to Cart”.

From the cart you can start the check-out process.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.


Delivery Times & Delivery Costs

What are the delivery costs?

For the personalised items, we offer free delivery.


What are the delivery times?


For print items

Saver: If you’re not in a hurry you can choose the saver option.

Standard: If you choose for standard then you can expect your order between 2 and 8 days, depending on the products you choose.

Express: If you need your order fast then choose the express option. You will receive your goods within 1 and 7 days depending on the products you choose.

The delivery time depends on the amount of production days. You can find the exact delivery date in the information box when you configure your product.

If you order before 5:30 pm, the following working day is the first one that counts, after 5:30pm you need to count on an extra day.


Next day delivery: If you order before 10:30 am, we can deliver the next day. (cut off time 10:30 am)


For photo items

The shipping will take between 5 and 8 working days.

For promo items

The shipping will take between 5 and 7 working days.


Track & Trace

Can I track my order with personalised items?

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When the goods leave the warehouse you will receive an email with a track and trace code.

Please note that a track and trace code is only available on the personalised stationery and photo gifts. 

What to do if my order is missing?

When your order is missing, please contact our Customer Service Centre.

What to do if my order is damaged?

When the item you received is damaged, please contact our customer service team. Please send a photo of the damaged product with it a short description.

How can I pay for my personalised items?

Payment methods are:


Credit card/ Debit card;

We accept all of the major credit and debit cards.



PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay for items in online stores.
You need to register via PayPal.



PayPal Credit;

PayPal Credit is like a credit card, without the plastic. It’s a credit limit that’s attached to your PayPal account which you can use for your online purchases.

Can I return my personalised items?

It is not possible to return personalised items. When the item you received is damaged, please contact our customer service team.


Deals & Promotions

How can I redeem the voucher for my personalised item?

You can enter the voucher code in the shopping cart before you start the checkout. Please fill in the voucher code in the box “Apply Discount Code” and click “Apply Discount”.

If your voucher code does not work, check if the code you entered is exactly as the promotion indicates. Pay attention to the following points:

  • It is a voucher code for a personalised item.
  • Use of the hyphen (-).
  • No spaces.
  • Use of zero or "O". When in doubt, you try both.

When you get the message " Unfortunately this is not a valid voucher", check if you meet the conditions of the code such as:

  • Minimum order amount.
  • Expiration date.
  • Up to 1 discount code per order.

It is not possible to redeem the discount code after the order has been completed.

If after these tips you cannot redeem the voucher code or you have other questions about the code, please contact our customer service.

Which bank holidays do I have to take into account as a Viking customer?

During the following bank holidays we are closed, you cannot reach us and your delivery will be delayed:
